Function
BIM Assigner loads the Slovak or Czech data standard from an XLS file and, based on it, creates property sets in Civil 3D — sets of properties assigned to objects by their type. Nothing needs to be defined by hand. The standard is the source of truth and BIM Assigner derives the entire structure from it.
Assigning properties
Once the property sets are created, BIM Assigner lets you assign properties in bulk to selected entities in the model. Geometric values — length, area, volume — are read straight from the entities with no manual entry. For linear objects it can also look up and fill in the chainage along a given alignment.
