A unique module for placing precast beams beneath the composite deck. It uses the geometric definition of the alignment, accounts for the camber of the beams and generates complete drawings and take-offs.
What the module does
Easy Bridge® has a unique module that uses the geometric definition of the alignment to place precast beams beneath the composite deck. For prestressed beams the program accounts for camber, which can be entered individually for each beam.
Video demo
On the Easy Bridge® YouTube channel you will find a video demo of placing beams beneath the composite deck. The whole process — from entering the parameters to the generated drawings and take-offs — takes just a few minutes.
Module outputs
Spatial placement of all beams beneath the composite deck.
Drawing of the beam types into the plan view with automatic annotation.
Detailed recess drawings for each beam type.
A complete beam take-off by type and length.
Calculation of the bearing-shim height to stabilise the reinforcement, with their take-off.
Individual camber input for each beam.
